Looks splendid Willz and very popular!
The venue looks nice and spacious.
Did you make any use of the boats?
I think you need a few more inches of counterscarp towards the water (if you know what I mean.....☺).

Re: SYW campaign
Donald, All I would say is that a campaign should have some strategic decisions, otherwise it's not really a campaign. If you are just picking a limited number of scenarios, to get anything vaguely like a campaign will need potential strategic outcomes, otherwise it's just scenario games without muc...

Re: SYW campaign
What you are describing is often called a "ladder campaign" . As you point out, if results are catastrophic in one battle it can kill it early on. The problem is, unless the scenarios / games are linked somehow, it's just a set of loosely connected battles without common ground. For exampl...

Re: Zinnfiguren
:-D The likelihood is that any gaming will be solo; if they venture out, I'd consider sabots for protection. Given the care and work you've lavished on them, I'd consider a cocked and loaded Webley .45, myself. :-D Actually, the painting has been relatively fast; Contrast paints, water based oil wip...
