Re: Vexillia's Gallery
Martin - Did you play the old rules (ie rules as written) or any/all of the new amendments? My club recently put on a Southern League round set in the Italian Wars (1500-1550) and we ignored everything other than artillery-related amendments, all of which have been used in tournaments for the last 3...

Re: What's on your workbench?
I've moved house and finally got the desk sorted. Bit drastic - couldn't you have just got someone in to "de-clutter"? So started my Foundry Russian SYW infantry. I really love these figures, they are really smashing. Full of movement and character Translation: so ugly/mis-shapen that the...

Re: Display games at shows.
I forgot the Staines Wargames Collective (or whatever they are called) - some fantastic games over the years, with the Swordfish attack on Taranto, Pickett's charge, and a memorable Charge of the Light Brigade games (complete with lines from the poem) among the best.

Re: Am I sickening for something?
Treat yourself to this and blow the budget for the next few years. I would have gone for it myself but my table has a SWL of 200kg. Anyway Bromsgrove's too far away for a pick up. http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/pelargir-war-game-scenery-city-lord-of-the-rings-warhammer-war-gaming/263226320752 Thanks to ...
