My preference would be for the Lodge That is a point......about the Lodge's veggie options, that is......but that's still my number one choice, because the veggie food at the Denison last year was horrible. Walkers is pants for veggies....I think I'll eat at the Lodge on Saturday (nice and civilised). After, we only have one veggie option despite what the menu says, November these two do not compute :D If it keeps the group together why not the Dennison? Unless Iain and Andy want a nice private dinner...

I always enjoyed the fish restaurant but know the veggie choices aren't great, ditto the Lodge. So i'm open to all options (i even think i'm still covered by my rabies shots after the bat incident :D )

Bit fussy otherwise though. By fussy I take it you mean too detailed for your taste, otherwise it seems an odd choice of adjective. Each to their own of course, as it should be, but I know which I would prefer to paint. I think he meant "unnecessary" detail. Some sculptors add extra stuff...
