The headline will read "Funeral parlours make ready for mass extinction, LA freeways jammed with expensive cars."

That conjours up a most unpleasant picture.

Rules tinkering at the moment. Backdating Pikeman’s Lament to 1588 and taking Sharp Practice back to 1459. It’s too hot to paint so I huddle over a hot computer instead.
I get lockdown, but I get up again.

Here in the land of surf sun and sex, we often wargame outside, in the shade with ample liquid refreshment, of course.

In SA it was too windy to play outside. But we always had lots of cold liquid refreshments

They haven’t made that for decades. It was the beer I cut my teeth on!

Some Les Higgins Napoleonics.

Most of the figures are not originals as can be seen by the bases. I got these figures as part of trade. I decided to go for a quick over paint rather than the full bleach dip and new paint

I have 4 elite grenadiers and a Hinton Hunt drummer and standard bearer on the go to finish the 24 figure unit.

And if you are wondering this is what an original Les Higgins figure looks like.
