He’s worse than a drug dealer standing outside a school. Shame on him!

I’m being good and not buying at the moment........except.......

At SELWG I found out that Empress Miniatures are giving up the JTFM range of 1/56th resin vehicles and were selling stocks at 20% off. Couldn’t resist a SdKfz.251 at that price and they are lovely models. Isn’t shown on their website at the moment so grab ‘em at the shows.

Let me know how you get on with them. I liked RQ, though Glorantha was never my favorite setting. I did like the Dragonnewts and the Broo’s though. My DM used to ask us... Brain Fever or The Shits?

We took RQ to the Dragonlance and Forgotten Realms. That was immense fun

I’m of the generation where RQ and Glorantha are the same thing and I find it difficult to imagine RQ in other settings. There do seem to be a few Glorantha Lore nazis kicking about though - can’t be doing with that sort of nonsense.

Yeah... life is too short. We started playing in the late 80’s in Glorantha and then in the early 90’s we moved to the Dragonlance setting and then played there through to late 90’s. I’m pretty sure it was 2nd Ed we played - my tatty photocopy got lost in one of my many moves. I subsequently bought the Deluxe Set a few years ago, which I only realized afterwards is not 2nd Ed. Really considering getting the new set, and if you organize something in Roll20, I’ll definitely invest.

Interested in RQ but i'm into a neutral cost setting for wargames so things will have to go out of the door before I buy. (Now the only £ left in my PayPal are earmarked for Ronans dice!).

There is of course the free quckstart PDF Paul..... https://www.chaosium.com/content/FreePD ... kstart.pdf

Yes Jeremy the non Glorantha version was RQIII - first by Avalon Hill and then GW. RQII was the original one most of my group played back in the day and the one that GW first printed. By the time RQIII came out I'd mostly stopped RPGing.

Im waiting till post Grogmeet to think about possible Roll20 or similar for a game. Nicks Kreigspiel on Discord showed theres definitely a lot of possibilities in online play
