Well that’s understandable Jeremy because you’re foreign and don’t speak English.

Very tasty Carabinieri Iain, great work.
Bonkers basing, but we'd be disappointed if it was sane.

I’m missing some right treats! Some excellent work being splayed forth.

EB, those figures are really lovely.
I must say though... I’m usually with you on the basing (apart from the underside painting ...) I’m usually sporting an odd size myself, purely to smooth my personal aesthetic taste... But what’s going on there man!
I find round bases gentler and more pleasing on the eye than square or rectangular bases. But the trouble with round bases is that when you try to push a number of them across the table, they all wander off in different directions. Now imagine circles which don't spin off like that..........what you're imagining is an octagon.

That's nothing to do with round bases. It's because they are YOUR troops...

Next you'll be telling me that you crack a boiled egg on the rounded end.

RMD, that yank cammo is absolutely spiffing.

It's a proper ballache, but I agree, it does look good when finished. It's meant to be exactly the same on all vehicles of the same type, but when you look at photos from the 80s, it's clear that bored American squaddies were even worse at painting than the utter twats the MoD hired to paint my old HQ building... :wall:

I'm really pleased with how those 3D-printed Chaparrals came out. Definitely going to get some Bedford MKs, Saxons and Tracked Rapier from them on my next order.
