Framlingham and the Law 12th October 2018.

Post by Tim Hall »

Gentlemen. Is there any interest in a weekend event in Framlingham this year?

The dates would be the weekend of 12th to 14th October. As to venue, I am still waiting to hear back from the Crown Hotel as to availability etc. So I thought I would just dip a toe in the water to garner support before I start working out logistics. If there is sufficient interest and the Crown is not available I can track down alternatives. I know some of us are getting together at Gary's in November but I was under the impression that there was support for a Fram event as well. I await your responses.

Cheers chaps.

PS:- I am away in Eire from tomorrow so don't be offended if I do not reply immediately.

Hotel over.
Rules? You ask me what rules do I use. No, I don't do rules.

I'm definitely up for a Frambo event this year. I think the proposed date is good for me but I must check that it doesn't clash with the school half term break - I believe all is well.

The Crown contacted me later today and the dates are good, and so I have provisionally booked that weekend, I shall be seeing them in person on my return from Eire. I have not at this time booked any rooms but can do if there are people needing them.

"And why not", as Barry Norman never said.
We may look to see if the cottage is available , if not we'll be in the Crown
I know when to go out
I know when to stay in

Time off booked, we can't all retire on Civil Service pensions at 35. Just waiting to see if the cottage is available.
