I'm not sure sorting sticky order is doable. One thread with the year planned out and updated as shows and events are added would keep it all in place?

And we need to avoid EB re-inventing the wheel as who knows what shape it would be...

I think a calendar would be great. Couldn’t we just link to a spreadsheet on a server in cyberspace and update as we require?

We could just discuss dates for the various games here, agree them and then create a single thread, edited by,say, only Andy, which lets people know when and where. Or is that too simple? (I like simple)

The main improvement we should aim for would be to reduce the number of 'when is x happening again?' posts, of which I'm as guilty as anyone.
