STS 1870s Prussians turned me as well. They seem to have a strange effect on otherwise (ahem) normal wargamers.

We can pool oompah band music to intimidate the opposition.

massive bonus points to anyone bringing an oompah band to a shiny con

Just an update - we will do a shiny con sometime in 2019. But for those going to Fram there is obviously some top class shinyness planned also!

So, just to be clear, which scale/size and/or style of toy soldier is being expected at Shinycon '19?

On the subject of bands, I would look for a Victorian-era British Army band in Home Service Dress and convert.
