The Army of Augustus The Fat: WAS/SYW Saxons

At long last, I've made a start on my 'proper' Saxon Army. Re: What's on your workbench?

Lovely stuff! Some of the lads in club have gone nuts with the Venetian silliness. I'll post some pics when I get home from Tenerife.

Re: What's on your workbench?

.....so my remaining Western Allied cavalry To Do list is: British 15th Light Dragoon Regiment Ah, "Emsdorff and Victory!" The Hanoverian Garde du Corps and Grenadiers are a wonderful combined unit, with their mix of black and grey horses - love them! Yes indeed! I should add that I'll al...

Re: What's on your workbench?

Well that's all the Hanoverian, British and Hessian Regiments of Heavy Horse finished. I saved the Hanoverian Squadrons of Garde du Corps and Grenadiers a Cheval until last. https://imagizer.imageshack.com/img923/3886/Y4O5Y7.jpg I've also finished all the British Dragoon Guards and Dragoons, both re...

Re: What's on your workbench?

Lovely work, Mark. What's next? Cheers both! The last two Hanoverian Regiments of Horse (Leibregiment and Hammerstein) are almost finished and the Garde du Corps and Grenadiers a Cheval are underway. Then I've got the second half of the Royal-Carabiniers to do. After that it'll probably be the thre...
