As has been said: Tony Barton in 15/18mm and Paul Hicks (Empress, Woodbine, Hinterland, etc, etc) stole the Perries' crown some years ago in 28mm.

I'm with Penda 100%. Nobody turns up to a model show and expects to be able to play with the exhibits... Ah, it seems he's also in the Napoleon & Staff set. He used to be available individually before the Napoleon set came out. I think he was meant to be General Drouot.
