DB AWI

Had an interesting play around with DBN for AWI today with Alex and Peeler. Same core game with some tweaks for militia, loose files etc. Scenario based on Guildford Courthouse as a tryout. It seemed to work rather well (even though my figures are based for a totally different rule system) . Certainly worth playing more games and more refinement

It was indeed, a pleasant afternoon gaming was had. Rules worked well and seemed to have the feel of an AWI game.

Nice idea - we should have a chat about that next Ayton. IIRC, Mr Burt has lots and lots of 15mm AWI figures......

I think that's popularly referred to as "life size".
